1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the online shop operated under Clearnail Store (clearnail.store). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell a LED Nail Fungus Device. This product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult a physician before using the product.

3. Ordering Process

All product listings on our website are non-binding. By clicking “Buy” you submit a binding order. An order is deemed accepted once we confirm it by email.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales taxes will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on the shipping destination. Customers will not need to calculate or remit taxes separately. Duties or import fees, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed securely via Shopify’s payment systems.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products are shipped by our agent using OMGO Fast Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping is free on all orders. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.

6. Return & Refund Policy / Right of Withdrawal

We do not accept returns. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If your product arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied, please contact support@clearnail.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cannot process refunds after 30 days from delivery.

7. Warranty and Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for misuse of the product. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected where applicable.

8. Privacy and Email Marketing

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our newsletter (managed via Klaviyo), you agree to receive marketing emails and will receive a 10% discount on your first order. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the business’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
